Harold “Hal” J. Fallon, MD, MACP, died on Nov. 17, 2018, at the age of 87.
Harold “Hal” J. Fallon, MD, MACP, died on Nov. 17, 2018, at the age of 87.
Dr. Fallon served on multiple committees at the College and was Chair of the Board of Regents from 1997 to 1998.
He received his medical degree in 1957 from Yale University and went on to serve as chairman of the department of medicine at the Medical College of Virginia for 20 years. In addition, Dr. Fallon was chairman of the department of medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where he also served as dean of the School of Medicine.
