Clinical Skills Center programs to offer hands-on and interactive learning opportunities
Tickets for Clinical Skills Center activities during Internal Medicine Meeting 2024, such as skin biopsy and cryosurgery, chronic leg wound management, and ultrasound, must be purchased by April 16.
Internal Medicine Meeting 2024 attendees will have access to a collection of interactive, hands-on educational activities in the Clinical Skills Center, including lessons on common procedures, interpretive skills, and the physical exam in a unique small-group environment.
Attendees can also visit Ultrasound Alley, located within the Clinical Skills Center, and find point-of-care ultrasound education sessions for internal medicine physicians just beginning or with prior ultrasound experience.
Clinical Skills Center activities cover topics including skin biopsy and cryosurgery, chronic leg wound management, and ophthalmoscopic skills. The center's webpage has the full list and description of activities.
Advance registration for the Clinical Skills Center is required ($30 per activity). Visit the meeting website before midnight on Tuesday, April 16, to secure a spot. Onsite registration for the Clinical Skills Center is not available.
