Applications open for Annals of Internal Medicine's editorial fellowship program
The 12-month program begins July 1, 2024, and is available exclusively to ACP members who are in their final year of fellowship training or the first three years of a faculty position. Applications are due March 30.
The Annals of Internal Medicine team is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for its editorial fellowship program. This opportunity is designed for early career physicians to learn about scholarly publishing.
Accepted fellows will gain experience with one of the most influential journals in the world and learn information essential to the scholarly publishing process, including:
- the peer review process,
- how journals make publication decisions,
- scholarly publishing policies and processes,
- methods of delivering journal content to the intended audience,
- clinical research methodology, and
- scientific integrity.
This 12-month experience, beginning July 1, 2024, is available exclusively to ACP members who are in their final year of fellowship training or the first three years of a faculty position.
