MKSAP 18 Digital and Complete subscriptions offer new updates
New digital features include highlighting in three colors and a night mode for working in low light.
MKSAP 18 Digital and Complete have recently incorporated new features to help users update their knowledge, prepare for exams, or meet other goals.
Highlighting capabilities have been included with three distinct colors: yellow, green, and pink. Users can highlight text or questions by clicking on the highlighting icon at the bottom of the screen and can review their highlights using the highlight index.
In low-lit environments, MKSAP 18 Digital's night mode allows users to work anywhere without fear of eye strain.
Virtual Dx is an image-based module containing more than 400 self-assessment questions. In addition to viewing hundreds of images, users can access ultrasound images or listen to heart sounds to guide diagnosis as they work through each carefully constructed clinical scenario.
MKSAP 18 Digital and Complete apps (available for iOS and Android devices), allow users to work online or offline while creating unlimited custom quizzes, referring to peer statistics, and viewing related text and questions.
Those who have worked through all of MKSAP 18's self-assessment questions and are looking to further test themselves can purchase the MKSAP Question Booster Packs, which offer 300 questions per set, with all of the features expected from MKSAP. Purchasing all three sets creates a pool of 900 questions.
Developed by an editorial team of more than 200 physicians, MKSAP 18 includes 11 medical knowledge syllabus sections and 1,200 multiple-choice questions. It is available in Print, Digital, and Complete formats. MKSAP 18 Complete includes MKSAP 18 Print; MKSAP 18 Digital, including ongoing text updates and bonus questions; Board Basics® (in print and e-book); digital flashcards; and Virtual Dx.
