ACP to honor Members lost due to COVID-19

ACP would like to recognize internal medicine physicians and ACP colleagues who served our profession and their patients and lost their lives due to COVID-19. To submit the name and practice information of a colleague who has lost their life due to the pandemic, please complete the online form.

Members' names and related details will be reviewed for inclusion in an online Memorial Guide honoring them. We extend our gratitude to physicians who have lost their lives during the pandemic and extend our deepest condolences to their families and loved ones.
