Free ACP webinar on gender equality in the workplace to be held on Sept. 11
An upcoming Women in Medicine webinar on strategies for recognizing and addressing gender inequalities in medical institutions and physician practices is open to all ACP members.
Susan Hingle, MD, MACP, will explore strategies for recognizing and addressing gender inequalities in medical institutions and physician practices during the Women in Medicine webinar “Creating Gender Equality in Your Workplace” on Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 3 to 4 p.m. ET.
Dr. Hingle, a former Chair of the ACP Board of Regents and Board of Governors, will discuss how to be a champion for change and join the fight for gender equality for women in medicine. She is a professor of medicine and associate dean for human and organizational potential at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Ill.
