October is Health Literacy Month and to help educate patients, ACP members have access to resource guides, brochures, and patient fact sheets at ACP's Patient Education Center. All print materials which are written at or below a sixth-grade reading level, are free, and most are available in Spanish.
Over 100 videos are also available on topics such as heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, joint replacement, hospital safety, and more.
